My Work
Starting in 2011 with a point-and-shoot camera for photography in High School, Google Picasa for editing, to workflow development producing day-to-night transitions with full frame DSLR's. Imagery ranging from 45,000 feet on a KC-135 to 400 feet with various drones. Rast-r is an extension of the creative outlet that photography has provided for me!
Aviation
Having recently earned my Private Pilot’s license and joined a flying club here in Wichita, I’m excited to start producing aviation-related content again!
Fine Art
From Montana (Pictured) to Finland and beyond, my interest started with Landscape photography. Part of what is so hard about Landscape photography is that it becomes a game between capturing reailty as you see it, or the art of elevating rather ordinary locations to showcase the beauty!
Aerial
Five years in the Air Force as a Boom Operator aboard a KC-135 Stratotanker provided ample oppurtunities to capture Aerial imagery such as this photo of a receding glacier in Greenland. Recently my Aerial imagery has been produced much closer to earth using various drone platforms!
